Maison Onboarding
Only verified ateliers and registered Maisons showing legal trade certificates may launch active product listings on the network directory.
Escrow Protocols
Payments are safely guarded in encrypted escrow and only released to the Maison once the secure logistics partner verifies standard arrival.
Auctions & Drops
Auction bids placed by verified collectors constitute an immediate cryptographic covenant to complete purchase. Retracting bids is prohibited.

These policies are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

1. Intellectual Heritage & Listing
All visual assets, 3D USDZ files, narrative captions, and high-fidelity video reels syndicated onto the AURA social network remain the absolute exclusive intellectual heritage of their respective Maisons. Unauthorized commercial duplication of AURA-hosted creative media is strictly prohibited.
2. Decentralized Fulfillment Obligations
When a buyer acquires an item, the participating Maison is legally obligated to dispatch the authentic physical masterpiece within 72 hours via our white-glove logistic node, attaching proper tracking numbers and proof of provenance.
3. Resolution & Disputes
Any luxury disputes regarding quality verification, transit damage, or delay claims are moderated directly through AURA's secure dispute panel, binding both collectors and ateliers to automated arbitration parameters.
